Hammer forgings weighing from 10 to 120 kg are produced by free forging on forging hammers with a mass of 1.3 tons and 2.0 tons.

Using this equipment, it is possible to produce the following types of forgings:

Cylindrical shafts, stepped shafts with round or square shoulders and with axial displacement, bolts, shafts with spherical shoulder
Nuts, discs with or without orifices with the option of using backing rings
Rolled rings
Forged cubes with or without orifices
